Return Eligibility

Since many of our products are customized and printed on demand, returns are generally accepted only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

Return Request

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product.

Refund Process

Once the issue is verified, we will either:

  • Send a replacement product, or

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method

Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days.
